We take a "buy and hold" approach by investing in property with good cash flows. We always look for property where we, with active and hands on ownership, can develop and create long term values. This does not prevent us from always be able to take advantage of a "good deal".

Strategy simplyfied
We target growth, which we achieve through our proven business model, partneships and increasing our property presence in our chosen markets. We prefere longer leases in favor of maximizing rent levels, preferrably with "bare house" lease agreements.

We invest in properties and markets that are expected to generate a high risk-adjusted return. Currently identified as Oslo and surrounding areas within commuting distance, a region with diversified business activities and stable population growth .

Our properties undergo extensive efforts to create value. We actively evaluate design, environmental, operational and tech efficiency. We also work to optimize capital, legal and zoning potentials.
Risk Profile
We target a flexible financing structure, both in terms of use of sources and also balancing interest and debt maturity profiles. All with a running target to expand and cerate a long term attractive return on equity.
