Årvollskogen 65

Årvollskogen 65 is a modern logistics building fully let on a long contract to Isopartner AS. The building, that was built in 2011, has a total size of 3 200 sqm and is located on a freehold property of 14 254 sqm . In addition to a warehouse with a 12-meter-high ceiling, the building includes an office used by the management of Isopartner AS. The property is centrally located in Årvollskogen, an important logistic hub in the south of Norway.

Albert Moeskausvei 68

Albert Moeskausvei 68 is a modern industrial building fully let on a long contract to Tesla Motor Norway AS. The building, that was built in 2020, has a total size of 3 462 sqm and is located on a freehold property of 10 910 sqm. The building includes a workshop, a car wash, show room and offices all customized for Teslas activity. The property is centrally located in Tunejordet, an important shopping area in the southeast of Norway.

Karihaugveien 89

Karihaugveien 89 is a multitenant building situated in Oslo. The building, that was built in 1989, has a total size of 10 972 sqm and is located on a freehold property of 9 512 sqm. The property is organised as an “office hotel” including a reception, tenant restaurant, meeting rooms and a fully equipped gym. In addition to modern offices and warehouse the property includes 154 parking lots. Norsk Areal AS divested the property in 2019.

Søebergkvartalet

Søebergkvartalet is centrally located in Sandefjord, and comprise offices, restaurants and the Sandefjord city centre parking garage. The building, that was built in 1981, has a total size of 16 665 sqm and is located on a freehold property of 6 968 sqm. In addition to traditional offices the property includes 224 indoor parking spots. The property is let on a multi-tenant scheme where 90 % are leased by municipal and governmental tenants, of which the Norwegian Police and Sandefjord Municipality makes out the majority. Norsk Areal AS divested the property in 2021.

Tevlingveien 15

Tevlingveien 15 is a mix use property including offices, warehouse and 116 parking lots. The building, that was built in 1995, has a total size of 5 978 sqm and is located on a freehold property of 4 500 sqm. The property is located in Alnabru in the northern part of Oslo,  with easy access to the main road E6. It is a multi-tenant property of which the Swedish steel company Tibnor is the largest tenant. Norsk Areal AS divested the property in 2021.
